Hi AnutoshB If you do not see your Office licence listed on that page, then your Office licence was never linked to your Microsoft Account, this is very common on Dell PC’s, you need to contact Dell Support to find out what account was used to install that Office licence. However, I do not find any link where I can reinstall MS office. I clicked on that link and on the main page under device I can see my laptop listed. If so, you can re-install Office from that page, without the need for a product key If your licence does not appear on that page, then you need to contact Dell Support, they will have a record of your purchase and will be able to provide you with the details to re-install Office, because they would have had to associate that to an account when they installed it for you. I think that is why the link you have provided when clicked i found my laptop model listed. While activating my account i used my email id and password. While activating my MS office for rhe first time someone from Microsoft customer support took my laptop on remote and guided me through the process. Since it was done digitally I don’t have any product key. However due to some issues with my laptop I had to reinstall my windows and since then MS office is missing.
